Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly provide the product drawings in PDF format. For even better accuracy, supplying them in STEP or IGS formats is highly recommended.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. When the goods are ready, we will send photos or videos for you to review, and then you can pay
the balance. For small quantities, we accept PayPal with an additional commission. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.

A9: Yes, your drawings will be kept confidential and will not be released to any third party without your explicit permission.
