Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The sample delivery time depends on the specific items requested, but generally, it takes around 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please kindly provide the product drawings in PDF format. If available, STEP or IGS files would be even more beneficial.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit to start, and once your goods are ready, we will send photos or videos for your review. After that, you can
pay the remaining balance. For smaller orders, we accept Paypal with an additional commission fee. For larger amounts, we prefer T/T.
