Q1: Where can I get product & price information?

Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The delivery time for samples depends on the specifics of your items, but generally within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. It would be even more helpful if provided in STEP or IGS formats.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are prepared, we will send you photos or videos for your verification before you
complete the balance payment. For small orders, we accept Paypal with an added commission. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: Our products are delivered via courier service.
