A2: The delivery time for samples depends on your specific items, but generally, you can expect it within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please kindly provide the product drawings in PDF format. If available, STEP or IGS files would be even better.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit upfront. Once the goods are prepared, we will send you photos or videos for approval before you
pay the remaining balance. For smaller quantities, we accept PayPal with an added commission fee. For larger orders, T/T is
preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver the products via a reputable courier company for fast and secure shipping.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
