Q1: Where can I get product & price information?

Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The delivery time depends on your specific items; however, it's generally within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. For better accuracy, STEP or IGS formats are preferred.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% payment deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for inspection. You can then
pay the balance. For small orders, we accept Paypal (with an added commission). For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We utilize reliable courier companies to ensure swift and safe delivery of your products.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?

A9: Yes, your drawings are secure with us. We will not share them with third parties without your explicit permission.
