Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Please send us an inquiry via email, and we will promptly get in touch with you upon receipt.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The delivery time for samples generally ranges from 3-7 days, depending on the specifics of your items.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly provide product drawings in PDF format. For even better accuracy, STEP or IGS files are preferred.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: A 50% deposit is required. Once the goods are ready, we will send photos or videos for your review, and you can then
pay the balance. For small quantities, PayPal is accepted with an added commission. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We utilize courier companies for product delivery, ensuring swift and safe transportation.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are a direct factory with 17 experienced engineers, over 50 employees, and an approximately 3,000m2 workshop area.
