A2: The time frame depends on your specific items, but generally, it is within 3-7 days.

A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF. If available, STEP or IGS formats are even better.

A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for your approval. Then,
you can pay the balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal, but a commission will be added. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver the products through a trusted courier company.

2. Our Industrial Packaging Options: (1). Products are encased in a durable plastic tube, then packed in a solid carton, and securely set on a pallet; (2). Alternatively, items are wrapped in a plastic bag, covered with kraft paper, boxed in a carton, and set on a pallet for comprehensive safeguarding.
