We use advanced CNC lathes for processing. These equipment have high-precision feed systems and spindle systems, which can accurately control parameters such as cutting depth, feed speed and speed to ensure the dimensional accuracy of parts.
During and after processing, we will use various accurate measuring tools (such as micrometers, vernier calipers, three-coordinate measuring machines, etc.) to detect the dimensions of parts.
