Q1: Where can I get product & price information?

Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: Depending on your specific items, the timeline for samples generally ranges from 3 to 7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide product drawings in PDF format. If available, STEP or IGS files are even better.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We accept a 50% deposit. Once the goods are prepared, we will send photos or videos for your approval before you pay the balance.
For small quantities, Paypal is accepted with an added commission. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: Our products are delivered through courier companies.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
