Q2: How long does it take to receive a sample?
A2: The time frame depends on your specific items, but it typically ranges between 3 to 7 days.
Q3: What information is required for obtaining a quote?
A3: Kindly provide the product drawings in PDF format. If available, STEP or IGS files are even better.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% payment deposit. Once the goods are prepared, we will send you photos or videos for verification, and you
can pay the balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal (with an added commission). For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How are the goods delivered?
A5: We deliver products via a trusted courier company.
Q6: Are you a trading company or a factory?
A6: We are a direct factory with 17 experienced engineers, more than 50 employees, and an approximately 3,000m2 workshop area.

1. Commercial Packaging: Each item is meticulously wrapped in a plastic bag, then encased in a stylish color box, secured in a sturdy carton, and finally placed on a pallet for safe transport.
2. Industrial Packaging: (1). Securely enclosed in a plastic tube, then boxed in a strong carton and placed on a pallet; (2). Alternatively, items are protected in a plastic bag,wrapped in durable kraft paper, boxed in a carton, and then palletized.
