Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Simply send us an inquiry e-mail, and we will promptly respond with the necessary information regarding our products and pricing.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The sample delivery time is contingent upon your specific items, typically ranging between 3 to 7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly provide us with the product drawings in PDF format. If available, STEP or IGS formats are even more preferable.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for review before you pay the balance. For small quantities, PayPal is accepted with an added commission. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How do you deliver the goods?
A5: We utilize reputable courier companies to ensure timely and secure delivery of your products.
Q6: Are you a trading company or a factory?
