Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Send us an inquiry e-mail, and our team will promptly get in touch with you upon receiving it.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The timeframe depends on the specific items. Typically, it ranges from 3 to 7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly provide product drawings in PDF format. For improved accuracy, STEP or IGS formats are preferred.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We accept a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send photos or videos for your approval. Then, you can
pay the remaining balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal (with a commission). For larger amounts, T/T is
preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver the products via a reliable courier company.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are a factory with direct operations, featuring 17 experienced engineers, over 50 employees, and an approximately 3,000m² workshop.
Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?
A7: Send your sample to our factory. We will replicate it and provide optimal solutions. Alternatively,
send pictures or sketches with dimensions (Length, Height, Width), and we will create a CAD or 3D file for you.
