Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The timeframe depends on your specific items, but generally, you can expect to receive samples within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide detailed product drawings in PDF format. If available, STEP or IGS formats are even more preferable.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are prepared, we will send photos or videos for your approval before asking for
the balance payment. For small orders, we accept Paypal with an additional commission fee, while for larger amounts, T/T is
preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We ship the products through well-established courier companies to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
