A2: The sample delivery time is 3-7 days, depending on your specific requirements.

A3: Kindly provide the product drawings in PDF format. For better accuracy, STEP or IGS files are preferred.

A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will share photos or videos for your review. You can then pay the balance.
For small orders, we accept Paypal with a commission fee added. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
