Through optimized multi-process collaborative machining strategies and online measurement technology, we ensure that key dimensional tolerances are controlled within ±0.005mm, form and position errors do not exceed 0.008mm, and surface roughness reaches Ra0.4μm.
High-Quality Stainless Steel Materials and Surface Treatment
We select special stainless steel materials such as 304L, 316L, 17-4PH, 2205, 440C, and 310S, combined with advanced processes including vacuum heat treatment, cryogenic treatment, electrolytic polishing, passivation, and PVD coating. Depending on the application environment: Instrument parts use 316L with electrolytic polishing to achieve a Ra0.2μm mirror finish; equipment parts use 2205 duplex stainless steel; high wear-resistant transmission parts use 17-4PH with surface hardening treatment; mechanical parts use 304L with surface treatment; and parts for high-temperature environments use 310S heat-resistant stainless steel.
