Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: Sample delivery time depends on your specific requirements, generally within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. For optimal accuracy, STEP or IGS files are preferred.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require 50% deposit upfront. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for verification.
The balance can be paid thereafter. For small quantities, we accept PayPal with an added commission. For larger amounts, T/T is
preferred.
