Q1: Where can I get product & price information?

Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The timeline depends on your specific items. Generally, samples are ready within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly provide the product drawings in PDF format. For more accuracy, STEP or IGS files are preferred.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We accept a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send photos or videos for your approval. Then, you can
pay the balance. For smaller orders, we accept Paypal with a commission fee. For larger transactions, T/T is the preferred method.
