Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The timeline depends on your specific items, typically ranging from 3 to 7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. If available, STEP or IGS files are even better.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are prepared, we will send photos or videos for your review, and then you can
pay the remaining balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal with an added commission. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We utilize courier companies to deliver our products.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
