A2: The timeframe depends on your specific items, but samples are typically delivered within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide product drawings in PDF format. If available, STEP or IGS files are even better for detailed quotations.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: Our payment terms include a 50% deposit upfront. Once your goods are ready, we'll send you photos or videos for your approval,
allowing you to then pay the balance. For smaller quantities, we accept Paypal with an added commission. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.

Packaging Details
1. Commercial Packaging: Each individual product is carefully encased in a plastic bag, then placed in a color box, followed by a sturdy carton, and neatly arranged on a pallet.
2. Industrial Packaging: (1) Products are first secured in a plastic tube, then packed in cartons, and stacked on pallets. (2) Alternatively, products are wrapped in a plastic bag, covered with protective kraft paper, placed in cartons, and arranged on pallets.
