Q1: Where can I get product & price information?

Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: Sample delivery time varies based on your specific items, typically within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly provide the product drawings in PDF format. Providing files in STEP or IGS formats will be even better.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are prepared, we will send you photos or videos for verification.

Packaging Details
1. Commercial packaging: Each stainless steel vibration plate is carefully encased in a plastic bag, then placed in a color box, followed by a sturdy carton, and finally secured on a pallet for maximum protection.
2. Industrial packaging: Choose from two robust options: (1) A plastic tube encased within a carton and then secured on a pallet; (2) A plastic bag wrapped in durable kraft paper, followed by placement in a carton and finally palletized for safe transport.
3. Custom packaging: Tailored solutions are available to meet specific customer requirements, ensuring your products arrive exactly as you need them.
