Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Kindly send us an inquiry via email, and we will promptly contact you upon receipt.
Q2: How long will it take to receive a sample?
A2: The timeframe depends on your specific items, typically within 3-7 business days.
Q3: What information do you need to provide a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. However, STEP or IGS files are preferred for more accurate quotations.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for verification. The balance can then be
paid. For small orders, we accept PayPal (with commission added). For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How are the goods delivered?
A5: We deliver products via courier services.
Q6: Are you a trading company or a factory?
A6: We are a direct factory with 17 experienced engineers, over 50 employees, and a 3,000m2 workshop area.
Q7: What should we do if we don't have drawings?
A7: Please send us your sample. We can replicate it and provide you with better solutions. Alternatively, you can send us pictures or
drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width), and we will create a CAD or 3D file for you.

Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
A9: Yes, your drawings will be secure with us. We will not release them to any third party without your permission.

A10: Yes, we provide a detailed production schedule and weekly reports, including digital pictures and videos showing the
machining progress.
Q11: If you produce poor-quality goods, will you issue a refund?
A11: We prioritize quality and do not take risks with substandard production. We continue manufacturing until you are fully satisfied.
