Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Simply send us an inquiry e-mail, and our team will reach out to you promptly upon receiving your message.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The timing depends on your specific items, but generally, we can have your sample ready within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly provide the product drawings in PDF format. If you can provide them in STEP or IGS formats, that would be even better.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit upfront. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for your review, after which you
can pay the remaining balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal, with the commission added to the order. For larger amounts,
T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver the products via courier services.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?

A7: Please send your sample to our factory, and we can create accurate copies and offer you optimized solutions. You can also send us
pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width), and we will create CAD or 3D files for you.

A8: Absolutely, yes. Sampling is part of our process.
Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
A9: Yes, your drawings will be securely stored and will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit permission.
Q10: Is it possible to know the operation status of my products without visiting your company?
A10: We will provide a detailed production schedule and send weekly updates with digital photos and videos showcasing the machining
progress.
