A2: The timeframe depends on your specific items, but generally, you can expect it within 3-7 days.
Q3: What information is required for getting a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. If available, STEP or IGS files are even better.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit payment. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for verification before you
pay the remaining balance. For small quantities, we accept PayPal with an additional commission. For larger amounts, T/T is
preferred.
Q5: What is the method of delivery for the goods?
A5: We ship the products via a reliable courier company.
Q6: Are you a trading company or a factory?
