Q1: Where can I get product & price information?

Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The sample delivery time varies based on the specific items, typically within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. If available, STEP or IGS files are even better.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We accept a 50% deposit. Upon preparation of the goods, we will send you photos or videos for verification. Once satisfied,
pay the remaining balance. For small orders, we accept Paypal with an added commission fee. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver products via reliable courier companies.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?

Packaging Details
1. Commercial packaging: Each item is carefully packed in a plastic bag, followed by a color box, then secured in a carton, and finally stacked on a pallet for safe transportation.
2. Industrial packaging: (1). First, items are placed in a plastic tube, then into a carton, and finally on a pallet for stability; (2). Alternatively, items are wrapped in a plastic bag, then kraft paper, before being placed in a carton and palletized for secure shipment.
3. Customized packaging: We also offer packaging solutions tailored to meet the specific requirements of our customers.
