Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Please send us an inquiry via e-mail, and we will promptly contact you upon receiving your message.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The timeline depends on the specifics of your item, but generally, you can expect to receive your sample within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly provide product drawings in PDF format. It is even better if you can offer them in STEP or IGS formats.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are prepared, we will send you photos or videos for approval before you pay the balance.
For small quantities, payment via Paypal is accepted with a commission added to the order. For larger amounts, we prefer T/T payments.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver products through a reliable courier company.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?

A10: We will provide a detailed production schedule along with weekly reports featuring digital pictures and videos showing the machining progress.
Q11: If you make poor quality goods, will you refund?
