Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Please send us an inquiry email. Our dedicated team will reach out to you promptly upon receipt.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The sample delivery time depends on the specifics of your items but generally ranges from 3 to 7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly provide product drawings in PDF format. Submissions in STEP or IGS formats are even more preferable.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit initially. Once the goods are prepared, we will send you photos or videos for approval, upon
which you can pay the balance. For small quantities, Paypal is accepted with an added commission. For larger amounts, T/T
is the preferred payment method.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver our products through reputable courier companies.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are a direct factory with a team of 17 experienced engineers, over 50 employees, and a 3,000m2 workshop area.
Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?
A7: Please send your sample to our factory. We can then replicate it and offer you better solutions. If you provide us with
pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width), we can create a CAD or 3D file for you.

Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
A9: Yes, we ensure that your drawings are kept secure and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit permission.

Packaging Details
1. Commercial packaging: Each unit is meticulously packed within a plastic bag, followed by a stylish color box, carefully placed in a sturdy carton, and finally secured on a pallet for optimal protection.
2. Industrial packaging: (1). Robust plastic tubes are used to shield each part, which are then arranged in durable cartons and stacked on pallets for efficient handling; (2). Every piece is enveloped in a high-quality plastic bag,protected further with layers of kraft paper, boxed in strong cartons, and secured on pallets to ensure safety during transit.
