Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The delivery time for samples varies based on specific items but generally ranges from 3 to 7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. STEP or IGS formats are even better for more accurate quotes.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit upfront. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for your approval before
you pay the remaining balance. For smaller quantities, we accept PayPal, with a commission added to the order. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We ship the products via reputable courier companies to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?

2. Industrial Packaging: Choose from two robust options for industrial needs: (1) Securely encase in a plastic tube, further shielded by a carton, and transported on a pallet; (2) Wrapped in a protective plastic bag, buffered with kraft paper, placed in a carton, and safely stacked on a pallet.
